PC and Mobile users use different interfaces. Is the onboarding platform compatible with either system? Are there limitations?

Our workplace apps feature unlimited support for mobile and desktop. We suggest that you consider which platform would better support micro-learning in your workplace. For example, if I want to learn fast, I want to find fast a two minute video that explains everything, on the closest available device. Short, accessible clips result in precise learning

Do our clients use onboarding platform for re-boarding employees (after Covid-19, maternal leave, etc) - and if they did, how did they do it?

Every day the platform is used by an employee who has been on maternity leave, or a career break, and has to be reboarded. The platform manages users by role, ensuring employees with specialist needs can access training appropriate for them. Based on this, you can target communication to people going on maternity leave, who therefore need to read up on stuff while they are trying to get back into order after the maternity leave. It is a general thing we see across all our clients due to fx sick leave or maternity leave.

If we already have all training placed in Success Factors, how do we make both system work together and not confuse the users?

Imagine that I’m a frontliner, and in the evening I feel motivated to train. And then all of the sudden I’m wondering what platform I should use for training. We support SCORM cloud, so via SCORM we can embed third party training solutions in our own platform. We can also use iframe for embedding, but this requires single sign ons, because if they have a login flow in one platform and one in ours, this will be something that our project managers will discuss with all of our clients.

Can we export training results via API to external datawarehouses, clouds, or our CRM? Furthermore, can we create automation rules to notify managers about training statuses and employee scores?

Yes we have a public API. From there you can grab the endpoint data, and transfer training outcomes to your datawarehouse.

We have developed a training module that allows administrators to set deadlines. It can send a notification to the manager of the employee who needs to complete the onboarding, along with the employee / new hire. In this case I would suggest alerting nudge the hire first before alerting their manager.

How does your platform employ gamification beyond simple quizzes? Can you test photographic memory, or set up "card play”?

Employees want to excel. It’s one thing to earn a certificate, but did I get the bronze or gold edition? That is something companies can enable through the training platform. If a motivated employee only scores 70% on a course, they will feel driven to redo my training and try to secure a higher tier reward. That is one of the gamification features. We are at the moment looking into integrating with speed rounds, and how you can work with images as answers instead of purely text. And we have another impending feature called "HotSpots",  however, we don't have anything to show you about this yet but our marketing team will present it once it's ready.
