ANNEX IV-List of preapproved sub-processors

The data controller has given the data processor a general authorisation for engagement of sub-processors in accordance with Clause 7.7(a) of this agreement. This list consist of the sub-processors that the data controller has accepted at the commencement of the agreement. The list is non-exhaustive, as the data processer can notify the data controller of the engagement of new sub-processors with 30 days notice. The data controller has the right to obejct to the engagement of new sub-processors in accordance with Clause 7.7(a) of this agreement. The data controller is aware, that the data controller cannot object to the sub-processors listed below.
