ANNEX IId: DESCRIPTION OF PROCESSING -Smart Content Scheduler
This Annex supplements Annex IIa and applies where the Smart Content Scheduler feature is enabled for the data controller's account.
Categories of data subjects whose personal data is processed
The data subjects under this Annex are the data controller's employees, including both the content editors who use the Smart Content Scheduler feature and the employees whose platform activity, engagement, and availability are analysed to generate suggested publication times.
Categories of personal data processed
Engagement data linked to a user identifier, reflecting how employees have engaged with previously published content, drawing on up to 90 days of history.
Platform activity data linked to a user identifier, reflecting general usage of the platform.
Availability data, used to determine when employees are available.
Nature of the processing
Collection,structuring, analysis, and storage of engagement, platform activity, and availability data through the Smart Content Scheduler feature. The feature uses rule-based automation and does not involve an AI model or training on data.
The processor draws on up to 90 days of historical engagement data to generate suggested publication times. On instruction from the data controller, including on a data subject's request, the processor will delete or stop processing that data subject's personal data used by this feature.
Purpose(s) for which the personal data is processed on behalf of the controller
The purpose of the data processing is to provide access to the data subjects to the Smart Content Scheduler feature,which suggests publication times based on audience behaviour.
The purpose of the data processing is also to evaluate adoption and usage of the Smart Content Scheduler feature internally.
Duration of the processing
Processing continues during the contractual relationship between the data controller and Relesys, for as long as the Smart Content Scheduler feature remains enabled forthe account.
