Categories of data subjects whose personal data is processed

The data subjects under this Annex are the data controller's employees who are users of the AI Rich Text Editor feature.

Categories of personal data processed

Content submitted by users ,which may incidentally contain personal data such as names, roles, emails, phone numbers or other identifiable details, together with the user's selected action, tone, and format parameters.

Separately,usage data linked to a user identifier, covering how much and how the AI RichText Editor feature is used.

The data controller and the data processor have agreed that sensitive data will not be processed under this agreement. The data controller commits to omit sensitive data from the platform.

Nature of the processing

Collectionand transmission of user-submitted content to Azure for rewriting, andcollection of usage data, through the AI Rich Text Editor feature.

Submittedcontent and the AI's output are not retained by Relesys for model training orotherwise.

Purpose(s) for which the personal data is processed on behalf of the controller

The purpose of the data processing is to provide the data subjects with access to the AI Rich Text Editor feature.

The purpose is additionally to evaluate usage of the AI Rich Text Editor feature internally, including how much users engage with it.

Duration of the processing

Processing continues during the contractual relationship between the data controller and Relesys, for as long as the AI Rich Text Editor feature remains enabled for the account.
